About Cheyenne:

• I’ve worked for an American commercial airline for about 4 years and this is the main way I get to travel, whether that means on a layover or using my flight benefits to go explore.
• All of my pictures on this site and in my blogs are my own photographs or photographs from friends and family who are featured on my blog.
• I’m 26 years old and married to my main travel partner! We take a few big vacations every year, but I also go on small trips with other family and lots of coworkers who have become family!
• I like drinking, eating local food, meeting people in hostels, and getting lost.
• I also enjoy health food, hiking, and living a healthy and maintainable lifestyle when possible.
• Most of the time when I travel, I go the cheap route (which is usually the funnest and the way you meet a lot of cool people from around the world) but sometimes I like to have #treatyoself trips where I stay in hotels and do expensive tours. I like a little bit of everything basically.
• My blog consists of all my travels, whether that means for work, vacation, or hardcore off the grid travel. This includes people I meet, food I eat, places I loved/hated, and tips on traveling/budgeting/healthy eating.
• I have MANY super awesome friends and family around the world who have chosen travel as their life hobby and some of them will be featured on my blog posts. That way, you don’t always see the world from just my perspective!
• If you want me to make a blog post on a specific place/idea, let me know and I’ll see what I can do!

About Mark:

• I have been a teacher for over 20 years and have been traveling–including backpacking and hitchhiking since I was in my teens.
• I am in my late 40’s and travel at every available opportunity. I have traveled to five of the seven continents. I am missing South America and Antarctica.
• The pictures on the front page of this website were taken by me on some of my adventures.
• Cheyenne is one of my three children; albeit, she has another dad as well.
• I am trying to video more of my adventures; hence, you will see videos documenting my travels. This leaves out many of the places I’ve gone, but I might do regular posts about those as well.
• I love experiencing the places I go–the people, the food, the sounds, all of it.
• Being I am older now, I will feature places I consider traveling and those that I consider vacation. Although, I find the two sometimes blend together even when I’m just trying to vacation!
